Chattanooga fire investigators made a second arrest Friday morning in connection with a domestic squabble that occurred three days ago at 5953 Shaw Ave. Captain Anthony Moore with the Fire Investigation Division said that on Tuesday Tricia Tigner got into an argument with Daryl Powell.

The next morning, Powell returned the favor by setting her car on fire. He was arrested and charged with setting fire to personal property.

On Friday morning Ms. Tigner, 34, was also charged with setting fire to personal property and transported to the county jail for booking.
