The following streets will be closed in the UTC / Fort Wood area from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday for Run for Ronald:

·        East 5th Street from Douglas Street to Palmetto Street

·        Palmetto Street from East 5th Street to McCallie Avenue

·        Vine Street from Central Avenue to Palmetto Street

·        Clark Street from Central Avenue to Palmetto Street

·        Fort Wood Street from Central Avenue to Palmetto Street

·        Oak Street from Central Avenue to Lindsay Street

·        Lindsay Street from Oak Street to East 5th Street

·        Houston Street from McCallie Avenue to East 5th Street

·        Douglas Street from McCallie Avenue to East 4th Street

TechTown And Library Sponsor Spring Break Camp

The TechTown Spring Break Camp will be held at the Chattanooga Public Library next week. The camp will run Monday to Friday from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. on the Library's 4th Floor at 1001 Broad St.  Seventy Chattanooga area students ages 10 to 17 attending the sold-out camp will spend the week learning about videography, circuitry and robotics. Robber Who Was Shot At Rossville Boulevard Car Lot Dies; No Charges To Be Filed

Police said a person who was shot during a robbery attempt at a car lot at 4314 Rossville Blvd. around 1:50 p.m. on Thursday has died. Police said the shooting has been ruled a "justifiable homicide" and no charges will be brought against 27-year-old Alan Miller. Man Charged In Shooting On Sixth Avenue Had Been Shot Himself Last Week; Police Say Incident "Part Of Gang War"

A man charged with attempted first-degree murder on Sixth Avenue Court on Thursday afternoon was shot himself earlier this month. O'Shae Kadaris Smith, 20, of 2114 E. 12th St., is also charged with reckless endangerment, aggravated assault and possessing a firearm during the commission of a crime.
