The purpose of the event was for students to be able to get to know Dr. Bill Seymour, CSCC’s new president who started in January. Pizzas from various restaurants were donated for the event, and students could choose their favorites between Stevie B’s , Pizza Hut, Marco’s, Little Caesars, Gabriel’s, Cheezies, Luigi’s, Rafaels Italian Restaurant, Papa John’s Lupi’s, Gondolier, Domino’s and Cici’s.


Hixson Middle Band Dinner Set For Tuesday

The Hixson Middle School Band will be hosting a pasta dinner this Tuesday in the middle school cafeteria from 6-8 p.m. Dinners are $10. Travis Reinking, 29, the suspect in the shooting at a Waffle House near Nashville on Sunday, has been taken into custody, according to police. Man Says He Was Beaten With Hammer For "Disrespecting" Woman

A man told police he was beaten in the head and face with a hammer after he allegedly "disrespected" a woman earlier in the day. Bobbie J.
