The new Chattanooga Story Telling Circle will hold its monthly meeting Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Northgate branch of the Chattanooga Public Library.

There is no charge, and all material is "family friendly."

Tellers this month include Vicky Hardesty, Kaye Rose, Gary Olix, Bobbie Schroeder and Steve Daugherty.  They try to limit stories to 10 minutes, so that everyone can have an opportunity to tell.

Plans for the 2nd Intergalactic Liars' Contest will be discussed at the meeting.

Contact Steve Daugherty for more information at stevedaugherty48@att.net.
