Crump will speak at the Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga on
Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Mr. Crump will present a 90
Minute Law School that is designed to explain in layman’s terms basic legal
concepts that are important to those in the home building and remodeling
industry, and best practices to avoid liablity. The presentation will be
custom crafted to reflect our state laws. Topics that will be discussed are
liability climate, contract concepts, warranties, mechanics lien law, business
management, copyright law, alternative dispute resolution,
etc.
