Weekly Lenten Services At St. Augustine Catholic, Signal Mountain

Adoration at St. Augustine Catholic Church, 1715 Anderson Pike, Signal Mountain, will be every Thursday in Lent (April 3 and 10) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. in the chapel. Fridays in Lent Stations of the Cross will be at 6 p.m., with a Lenten Fish Fry to follow.

Bazaar, Barbecue And Fish Fry Will Be Held Saturday At Washington Hills UMC

Washington Hills UMC will be having a Bazaar/Barbecue/Fish Fry this Saturday from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. The Barbecue/Fish Fry is sponsored by the Methodist Men and all profits go towards replacing a heat pump in the sanctuary.  The church is located just off Bonny Oaks Drive at LaGuana Drive. Woman Stabbed To Death On Hooker Road; Man Injured; Suspect Being Interviewed

A young woman was stabbed to death on Hooker Road early Friday morning and a man was injured. At approximately 1:54 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a stabbing at the 4000 block of Hooker Road.
