Motown Downtown Benefits Howard Marching 100 Band

The Performing Arts League and Howard High School will host Motown Downtown on Saturday, May 3.  The event is a fundraiser to purchase uniforms for the Howard Marching 100 Band.

The event begins at 4:30 p.m. with a free antique car show in front of Bessie Smith Hall.  The Howard Marching Band will perform at 6 p.m.  The evening continues with a buffet dinner and music by Willie Kitchens.

General admission tickets are $60 and include dinner, reserved table seating and entertainment.  Preferred seating tables for eight may be purchased for $1,000 and include dinner, entertainment,  parking for two cars, sponsor's embroidered name on one uniform and listing in the sponsors' roll.
