Car Show April 5 Benefits Sequoyah VFD

There will be a car show on April 5, from 8:30 a.m.-2 p.m. at New Salem Baptist Church in Soddy Daisy.  All proceeds raised will go to Sequoyah VFD to buy new equipment. 

The event will include vendor booths, a raffle and silent auction, 50/50 drawing, kids activities, food, music, a bake sale, and the car show with trophies.

Man, 28, Shot And Killed In East Chattanooga

A 28-year-old man was shot and killed in East Chattanooga early Friday morning. The victim was identified as Jeremy Clark. At 1:20 a.m., Chattanooga Police officers responded to 2008 Glass St. on a person shot. One victim was found suffering from a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
