An Evening With Gillian Welch Set For April 30

Gillian Welch returns to the road for eight shows this spring, beginning April 22 at the Orange Peel in Asheville, N.C., and wrapping up on April 30 at the Tivoli in Chattanooga. The spur-of-the-moment Southeast U.S. jaunt also includes stops in Charlotte, Charleston, Roanoke, Charlottesville, Durham, and Bristol.

Gillian and musical partner Dave Rawlings released the critically acclaimed "The Harrow and the Harvest" in 2011 on Acony Records. They will be performing songs from their entire catalog over the course of two acoustic sets at these special "evening with" concerts.

House Approves Expansion Of Chattanooga Veterans Affairs Clinic

KFC Manager Arrested After Staging Fake Robbery

Police were called Sunday night after a manager of the KFC on 3rd Street staged a fake robbery in order to take money.
