Holston Gases Buys H.H.C. Welding Supplies Of Dalton

Holston Gases has completed the acquisition of H.H.C. Welding Supplies Inc., which operates in Dalton, Ga.

Holston Gases will continue to operate from the H.H.C location at 1608 Chattanooga Road.

Holston Gases President Robert Anders said, “We are very pleased to add the H.H.C  employees, customers, and product lines to those of Holston Gases.  This is a perfect fit.  The gas and supply products of H.H.C  will compliment those of Holston Gases, allowing the customers to consolidate their purchasing with one vendor at competitive prices.” 

H.H.C  owner, Chris Smith said the businesses "are a great match. We are very proud to become a part of the larger Holston family.  Combining our expertise with Holston’s people and resources will be great for our customers.  we’ve known the Holston Gases folks for a long time, and we think a lot of them.  Our customers will really benefit from this combination.”

 Holston Gases is a regional distributor of industrial, medical, and propane gases as well as welding, safety, and industrial supplies.  Holston has been in business for over 55 years.  Its headquarters are in Knoxville, and it now has 23 locations in Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, Virginia and North Carolina.
