7 Pick Up For School Board District 5; 4 For District 9

Seven people have picked up thus far for the open seat on County School Board District 5, and four have picked up for District 9.

Jeffrey Wilson is not running again in District 5 and Chairman Mike Evatt is not running in District 9.

Yashika Ward is the latest to pick up for District 5.

Steve Highlander picked up for District 9.

So far, Greg Martin in District 3 and Joe Galloway in District 6 are unopposed.

David Testerman may face opposition from Samevelyn Rock in District 8.

Red Bank Police Seek 3, Maybe 4 Carjackers In Ashmore Avenue Incident

The City of Red Bank Police Department responded to a reported carjacking at approximately 11 a.m. on Tuesday, on the south end of Ashmore Avenue near Dayton Boulevard. The suspects were three, possibly four black males who were armed. The investigation is ongoing.
