Man Stabbed To Death In Red Bank Home; Woman Also Found With Stab Wounds

  • Tuesday, April 1, 2014

A man was stabbed to death in a Red Bank home and a woman was taken to the hospital with stab wounds on Tuesday.

At approximately 6:50 a.m., officers responded to a requested “welfare check” at 528 Lullwater Road. Upon arrival, they could hear a female shouting from inside asking for help. After forcing entry into the residence, officers found a female bleeding from what is believed to be self-inflicted stab wounds to her abdomen. During a continued search of the residence, officers found the body of a male who had apparently been stabbed multiple times.

The woman was transported by Hamilton County Emergency Medical Services to a local hospital for treatment.

Authorities are treating the death of the male in this instance as a homicide and anticipate the issuance of warrants within the next few hours.
