Ohio Man, 70, Dies In Boating Accident On Watts Bar Lake

An Ohio man died in a boating accident on Watts Bar Lake on Thursday.

The victim was 70-year-old Thomas Brombaugh from Brookville, Ohio.

Also, Gerald Jean, 67, of Spring City was hurt. He was taken to Rhea County Hospital.

The pair were riding in a Ranger bass boat when it flipped over near the Hornsby Hollow Campground.

Neither man was wearing a seat belt.
