UTC's Owen Seaton Hired by Big Screen Network

UTC's Director of Creative Services Owen Seaton has been hired by Big Screen Network and will work at Churchill Downs in Louisville, Ky..

Seaton has been at UTC for nine years and the past seven in his current position. He served as an assistant sports information director his first two years at UTC and was an SID at Tenn. Temple, 2000-2004.

Friday is his last day at UTC.

Seaton has an undergraduate degree from Tenn. Temple and a M.Ed from Virginia Commonwealth.

Charlotte, NC – Dalton State freshman Emily Poole finished 8 th of 206 runners Friday as the Lady Roadrunners finished 12 th of 23 teams in the Royals Cross Country Challenge at McAlpine Creek Park. Woman Stabbed To Death On Hooker Road; Man Injured; Suspect Being Interviewed

A young woman was stabbed to death on Hooker Road early Friday morning and a man was injured. At approximately 1:54 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to a stabbing at the 4000 block of Hooker Road.
