2 People Have To Be Cut From Vehicle After Head-On Wreck Near Soddy Daisy High School

Two people had to be cut from a vehicle after a head-on collision near Soddy Daisy High School on Friday morning.

The crash happened about 7:30.

A car and an SUV collided with the SUV going over the guard rail.

Hamilton County EMS transported the two victims to Erlanger Hospital. They were both trapped for a short period of time. The Soddy Daisy Fire Department had to cut them out.

The road was expected to be blocked for some time.

The Soddy Daisy Police Department will investigate the accident.
