Body Found On Glenwood Drive Identified As Darius Hinton; Had Been Shot Multiple Times

Darius Hinton, 25, has been identified as the victim found Friday morning on Glenwood Drive.

At approximately 8:14 a.m., Chattanooga Police were called to 1101 Glenwood Drive for a body found.  A neighbor stated to officers that they were walking along the road and observed a body down the embankment. 

Hinton suffered multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. He was arrested in September, 2012 for aggravated assault.

The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
