Lakeshore Grille Hosts Burgers With Berke Event On April 16

Lakeshore Grille will host a Burgers with Berke Event on Wednesday. The business is located at 5600 Lake Resort Terrace.

Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke will be on hand at Lakeshore Grille to listen to residents’ ideas, feedback, and concerns.  According to the Mayor’s website, he learned the importance of staying connected to the people who elect him in order to represent their values.

“We feel it is important for elected officials to stay in touch with the people they represent and are grateful for the opportunity to host this event.

  More importantly we hope everyone enjoys our new lunch menu,” says Richard Barclift, general manager of Lakeshore Grille.




CARTA Announces Independence Day Hours

In observance of Independence Day, there will be no CARTA fixed route bus service or North Shore Shuttle service on Tuesday, July 4th. 3 People Shot At Citgo On Glenwood Drive; 1 Dies; D'Kobe Jordan, 19, Arrested On Multiple Charges

Three people were shot at a convenience store in Glenwood on Monday afternoon. One later died after being rushed to the hospital.  The incident happened around 2:40 p.m. at the Citgo at 101 Glenwood Dr. Chattanooga Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Glenwood Drive in reference to a person shot. Erlanger Pharmacies Sold To CVS For $10 Million; Units At East, North To Close

Retail pharmacies at Erlanger Health System are being sold to CVS for $10 million, officials said. The retail drug stores at Erlanger North in Red Bank and Erlanger East on Gunbarrel Road will close.
