Lakeshore Grille Hosts Burgers With Berke Event On April 16

Lakeshore Grille will host a Burgers with Berke Event on Wednesday. The business is located at 5600 Lake Resort Terrace.

Chattanooga Mayor Andy Berke will be on hand at Lakeshore Grille to listen to residents’ ideas, feedback, and concerns.  According to the Mayor’s website, he learned the importance of staying connected to the people who elect him in order to represent their values.

“We feel it is important for elected officials to stay in touch with the people they represent and are grateful for the opportunity to host this event.

  More importantly we hope everyone enjoys our new lunch menu,” says Richard Barclift, general manager of Lakeshore Grille.




Crack Down On Improper Turns In Glenwood Avenue Area

The Dalton Police Department and also the city’s Public Works Department have been receiving numerous complaints of drivers making improper turns near the Taco Bell and Bi-Lo shopping center on Glenwood Avenue. Motorcycle Ride Sept. 5 Supports Scholarship Program

Limestone Lodge #176 F&AM in Birchwood, Tn. will host the first “Loud, Proud & Pink’’ motorcycle ride on Saturday, Sept. 5 to benefit the MaryEllen Locher Foundation. Hutcheson Medical Center Takes New Cost-Cutting Measures

Hutcheson Medical Center has announced new cost-cutting measures as it tries to stop ongoing losses. A trustee has asked that the Fort Oglethorpe hospital's bankruptcy process be dissolved, saying it has accumulated over $5 million in debt during the 10 months it has been in bankruptcy. The Bass Pro Shop development at East Ridge has hit another snag as the bids for widening Camp Jordan Parkway came in higher than expected.   Officials said the two bids were $2,597,003 by Talley Construction and $2,670,375 by Brown Brothers.
