Johnathan Cass
Johnathan Paul Cass, Sr., simply known as “Cass” by many, 42, of Chattanooga died on Sunday, April 13, 2014.
He was a deacon at Greens Lake Road Church of Christ and a fill-in preacher at Meigs County Church of Christ. Johnathan had been involved with Scouts for many years and was cub master of Pack 431. He traveled the world while singing with the Chattanooga Boys Choir and the Singing Mocs at UTC.
Survivors include his wife, Carla Cass; daughter, Emily Cass; two sons, Johnathan “Nate” Cass, Jr. and Andrew Cass; parents, David, Sr. and Linda Fields Cass; brother, David Cass, Jr.; sister, Krista Cass Brown; several nieces and nephews; one great-niece.
A memorial service will be held at 6 p.m. on Friday, April 18, at Greens Lake Road Church of Christ with Minister Reid Perry officiating. The family will receive friends from 4:30–6 p.m. on Friday in the church fellowship hall.
