Louise Wiggins
Louise Wiggins, 89, of Hixson, Tennessee, died on Monday, April 14, 2014 at Soddy Daisy Health Care Center.
Louise was a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was of the Church of God faith.
Louise was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Harold Wiggins; son, Sammy Wiggins; parents, Roy and Mamie McGowan; brothers, Richard, Lester and Leonard McGowan; and sister, Marie Pack.
Louise is survived by her sons, Bobby Wiggins and Randy (Margie) Wiggins; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and sisters, Mary Bingham and Janie McGowan.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 17, from 2-8 p.m. at Chattanooga Funeral Home-North Chapel, and on Friday, April 18 from 12-1 p.m.
Funeral services for Louise will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Friday in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Wayland Stewart officiating.
Louise will be laid to rest with her husband at Chattanooga National Cemetery.
The family would like to thank all the staff, nurses and CNAs of Soddy Daisy Health Care Center, special thanks to the actives department for their love and support and a big thanks to Gene Hodge for keeping her smiling and dancing all the time.
