Middle Valley Church Of God Presents "It Is Finished" Sunday

Wednesday, April 16, 2014

The Sanctuary Choir of Middle Valley Church of God will present "It Is Finished", a musical presentation by Russell Mauldin, this Sunday, in the 10:30 a.m. service.  "It Is Finished" brings the Easter story alive as it recounts the final breath of Jesus on the cross while celebrating His victory over death.  Along with "It Is Finished", Pastor Mitch McClure will preach a sermon titled, "Our Sin Could Not Keep Him Down!"  The sermon will deal on the reality that Jesus died for the sins of the world and these sins were not able to keep Him in the grave.  Pastor McClure stated, "We are truly excited to present the fact that Jesus Christ died for the sins of the world and that on Resurrection Sunday He came forth from the grave.  He came forth with victory and not defeat.  The sins of the world were not able to keep Him down."

Middle Valley Church of God is located at 1703 Thrasher Pike in Hixson.  All are invited to participate in this special Resurrection Celebration on Sunday, April 20 at 10:30 a.m.
