Brenda L. Bost, 67, of East Ridge, Tennessee, died on Friday morning, April 18, 2014, surrounded by her family. 

She was a member of Shield Baptist Church, Chickamauga.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Jeff Vinson Bost and Katie Wahlena (Brown) Bost.

Brenda is survived by daughter, Kim (Chip) Carter, son, Jerry (Summer) Garrison; grandchildren, Andy and Katie Carter and Cy and Lake Garrison; sisters, Virginia Arnold, Judy Brockman, Lynn (Sheldon) Hall and Bobbie Bost, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 22, at 2 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel with Reverend Bill Proctor officiating. Burial will follow at Lakewood Memory Gardens, South with Jeff Duncan, Sheldon Hall, Buddy Arnold, Monty Manka, Jake Haynes, Tony Brown and Wade Silvey serving as pallbearers.
