Betty Jean Sosebee, 74, of LaFayette, GA, died Monday, March 31, 2014.
Preceded in death by her parents, Walt and Lonnie Garland Sosebee; and brother, James P. Sosebee.
She is survived by her sister, Shelby F. Hise, of Rock Spring; brothers, Richard (Chris) Sosebee, of Chickamauga, Danny (Pam) Sosebee and Charles (Angie) Sosebee, all of Rossville, Boyd Sosebee, of Chattanooga and Cas (Patsy) Sosebee, of LaFayette; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Funeral from the Wallis Memorial Chapel will be Thursday, April 3 at 10 a.m. with Rev. Michael Redwine officiating. Pallbearers are Danny Sosebee, Jr., Lamar Sosebee, Brad Sosebee, Jamey Gillenwater, John Mullinax and Michael Wooten. Interment will be in the Salacoa Baptist Church Cemetery.
Family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday, April 2 from 4-8 p.m.
