Tim Reid, Fathom Inc. Sued Over $47,502 Credit Card Debt

Tim Reid and his Fathom Inc. have been sued over a $47,502 credit card debt.

The suit was filed in Chancery Court by American Express Bank, FSB.

Mr. Reid was in the news in December 2011 when nine people were shot outside his Club Fathom near Fourth and Market.

Several months later, city officials took action to shut down the church/club.

Credit card charges include trips to Disney World in Florida, San Antonio, Tex., Las Vegas, and to Great Wolf Lodge in Ohio,
