Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey Endorses Eric Watson For Bradley County Sheriff

Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey on Tuesday endorsed Eric Watson for Bradley County Sheriff.

He said, "Eric Watson has amassed a record on crime and public safety in the legislature that is second to none. He took a lead role in fighting the war on meth in our state and sponsored important legislation to make sure our children are safe at school.

"Eric is an honest and forthright leader who is not afraid to stand up to the criminal element in our society. I believe strongly that he will make an excellent Bradley County Sheriff."

Multiple Callers Said Man Who Tried To Rape Woman At MLK Neighborhood Was "Tom"

After police on Wednesday released clear photos of a man who tried to tried to rape a woman in the MLK Neighborhood, multiple callers said it was "Tom" who works at Amazon. The victim then picked Thomas Lee Carr out of a photo lineup as her assailant. He is charged with attempted rape.
