Georgia Northwestern Commencements Announced

Georgia Northwestern Technical College has announced its upcoming commencements.

The northern location commencement will be Thursday, May 8, at 7 p.m. at the Northwest Georgia Trade & Convention Center, Dalton. The college will present graduates with awards at the ceremony for summer 2013, fall 2013, and spring 2014 graduates.

The southern location commencement will be Thursday, May 29, at 7 p.m. at The Forum, Rome. The college will present graduates with awards at the ceremony for summer 2013, fall 2013, and spring 2014 graduates.

Chattanooga Girls Leadership Academy is reporting improvements in literacy for its students in grades 6-12 following implementation of Voyager Sopris Learning’s LANGUAGE! Live.
