Chattanooga FC O4 Girls Win Tennessee Nike Invitational

The Chattanooga F.C. Academy 04 Girls won the 8 V8 Phantom Division of the Tennessee Nike Invitational Soccer tournament this past weekend in Brentwood

The CFC girls opened the tournament with a 4-0 win over the Huntsville FC 04, 4-0, followed by a 2-1 victory against Tennessee Soccer Club 04 Elite South.

In the semifinals, Chattanooga defeated Huntsville again,1-0, to move to the championship match.

CFC posted a shutout against BUSA 04 North Elite (Birmingham) for the title as Gracen Brewster scored the winning goal on a penalty kick in the final four minutes. 

Ana Silva led CFC with five goals (two winning goals) while Maddie Lee had two goals.

The defense allowed one goal and was led by Morgan Hughes, Trinity Howard, Bailie Dull, Aliya Cooper and Brewster in goal. 

The Chattanooga FC 04 Girls (35-19-4) finished the season ranked No.5 in the state and won five tournaments..
