Police say a man who was in Intensive Care after numerous shots were fired at him was able to identify the three people involved after he got off a ventilator.

Paul Haden said it was Brandon "Bubba" Arnold and Dominique Jarrett who were shooting at him, while Edward Dewayne "Beans" Duckett was the driver.

Arnold has been charged with attempted first-degree murder and Duckett with accessory after the fact and criminal conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.

In the incident on April 17, Haden said he was walking on North Willow Street when a white SUV came up behind him. He said Jarrett began shooting at him out of the rear window and Arnold was firing out of the opposite window over the roof of the SUV.

Police said, "It is apparent that Mr. Arnold and Mr. Jarrett were trying to kill Mr. Haden."

There were numerous spent shelling casings recovered from the scene by police.

After the shooting, the victim was rushed to Erlanger Hospital with a life-threatening injury. He was rushed into surgery.
