Police Blotter: Rental Car Gift Keeps Giving

Breosha Burson said she let Johny Clemons be an approved driver on one occasion at Enterprise Rental Cars on Chapman Road.

She said he has run up $300 in parking camera tickets.

She said he continues to rent cars in her name and run up tickets.

Police told her it is a civil matter.

A man on East Brainerd Road said he got a call saying he had won $8,000.

He was told to go to Walgreen's and buy a green dot card, then call back with the number. He complied.

Another call came saying he needed to pay $495 for a security deposit.

By this time, his wife told him it was a scam.

The man canceled all his credit cards.

A woman on E. 12th Street said she saw Lakisha Baker throw a brick through her vehicle's rear window.

Police saw the broken window and found a brick inside.

A charge of vandalism was filed against Ms. Baker.


2 Arrested Just Hours Before Being Placed On Bradley County's Top 10 Wanted List
