Bo Watson Speaks At Hixson Community Breakfast May 28

Senator Bo Watson, State senate pro tem, will speak at the Hixson Community Breakfast  Meeting on Wednesday, May 28, at 8 a.m. 

The event is hosted Friends of Hixson and the Hixson Kiwanis.  It will be held at the Creek's Bend Golf Club, 5900 Hixson Pike. 

There will be a breakfast buffet and coffee available for $8 per person.

Crack Down On Improper Turns In Glenwood Avenue Area

The Dalton Police Department and also the city’s Public Works Department have been receiving numerous complaints of drivers making improper turns near the Taco Bell and Bi-Lo shopping center on Glenwood Avenue.
