"I Believe" Teen Moms Empowerment Conference Volunteer Meeting Is Thursday

The first meeting for volunteers for The "I Believe" Teen Moms Empowerment Conference will be held Thursday at 6 p.m. at the Orchard Knob Middle School Community Room, located at 500 North Highland Park Avenue.

The "I Believe" Teen Moms Empowerment Conference is a community supported event will provide education, empowerment, and access to mentors and resources for Chattanooga area teen moms as they navigate toward their individual levels of success.

Mayor Berke Pledges $6 Million For New Recreation Center At Avondale

Mayor Andy Berke announced Thursday that he plans to include $6 million in his upcoming budget for a new Recreation Center at Avondale.
