Honor Society For Engineering Students Begins At Chattanooga State

Chattanooga State announced that a new honor society for engineering technology students, Tau Alpha Pi, has been established at the college.

Students in Tau Alpha Pi must be currently enrolled at Chattanooga State, be academically in the upper 25 percent of his/her class, carry a minimum 3.5 grade point average (cumulative and semester), and have carried this ranking for at least two consecutive semesters. In addition, members must be of acceptable character and demonstrate marked ability in engineering technology.


Covenant College Plans Homecoming For Oct. 9-10

Body Found Early Tuesday Morning, Foul Play Not Suspected At This Time

Chattanooga Police responded to the 300 block of Cherokee Boulevard on the report of a body found on Tuesday at approximately 12:26 a.m. Investigators have processed the scene and the body was transported to the Hamilton County Medical Examiner’s Office for evaluation and identification.
