Salvation Army Trains Volunteers For Disaster Relief

The Salvation Army will continue to train volunteers to be better equipped for disaster relief services on Thursday and Friday.  The Salvation Army will train close to 60 volunteers at 1019 N. Moore Road from 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. on both days.   

“Our area is no stranger to disaster, which is why the Salvation Army takes an active role in training volunteers so we are always prepared to serve,” said Major Algerome Newsome, Chattanooga Area commander.
