Concord Baptist Youth Head To Student Life Camp June 2-6

Wednesday, May 28, 2014

Student Life Camp for Youth at Concord Baptist Church, 7025 East Brainerd Road, will be June 2-6 at Orange Beach, AL. Each summer, the Concord youth take a road trip to the Student Life Camp in Orange Beach for a time of encouragement, growth, and fun in the sun.  Students entering 7th grade up to students entering college in the Fall 2014 school semester are welcome to come.

This summer's camp theme is centered around a question Jesus asks his disciples in Mark 8:27-29 — “Who Do You Say I Am?” Student Life Camp 2014 will paint a clear, holistic picture of the Christ, our Messiah, Jesus.

Students will clearly see and know Jesus, how He transforms lives, impacts the world and requires His followers to take up their cross in His footsteps as the answer to His question "Who do you say that I am?"

Registration is $180 total, and student’s deposits count toward that total amount. Many of the students work hard to raise the money by babysitting, cleaning, doing yard work, and washing cars.
