Choo-Choo City Mustangs Claim Championship

The Choo-Choo City Mustangs won the 2015 Lookouts Memorial Day Bash 14s  on Sunday  at AT&T Field by defeating the Georgia Warriors 8-4. The  Mustangs finished 5-0 in the tournament by defeating Chattanooga Baseball Club 15-4, Chattanooga Canes 4-0, Knoxville RBI 8-1, Chattanooga Irish 6-4 and the Georgia Warriors.   (click for more)

Fire Breaks Out At House Off Highway 58

A fire broke out on Memorial Day afternoon at a house off Highway 58. A 911 call was made at 12:10 p.m. reporting a house fire at 6019 Hillcrest Dr. The Highway 58 Volunteer Fire Department responded and found fire showing on an addition to the house.
