A woman from North Dakota was arrested after police say she helped attack a man and tied him up with duct tape in order to rob him.

Chattanooga resident William Lowe had gotten a room at the Motel 6 for himself and a woman he only knew as "Whitney" on March 26.

He told police that she left the hotel room for a short time before returning with another man. Mr. Lowe said the man was wearing a dark hoody and a ski mask.

According to police, the unknown man started beating Mr. Lowe while "Whitney" tied him to a chair using duct tape.

Mr. Lowe said the pair took his wallet, phone, and car keys before driving away in his car.

Later that day, Mr. Lowe identified the woman as 27-year-old Whitney King, out of a police lineup and she was finally caught and arrested on May 26.

Ms. King is scheduled to appear before Judge Lila Statom on June 3.

Senator Corker: Americans Deserve To Know Where Their Elected Leaders Stand On The Iran Deal

As I traveled across the Volunteer State during August, I spoke with many Tennesseans about the nuclear agreement between Iran, the United States, and other world powers. Roy Exum: We Ain’t A Whirlygust

I have lived in and around the State of Tennessee my entire life and I have spent that last 50 years writing words in stories every day. I love clever words, words that fit perfectly in a sentence. I also like funny words, clever phrases and all sorts of “slang” words. This week the Slate website came out with “The United Slang of America” and, naturally, I was eager to see what ...
