Masonic Lodge's Former Jo Conn Guild Mansion For Sale In Fort Wood

The Jo Conn Guild mansion in Fort Wood that has long been in use as the Chattanooga Masonic Temple is for sale.

The property at the end of Vine Street by Central Avenue is being offered by the Raines Group at $999,000.

It includes a meeting hall that was added by the Masonic group.

The site near UTC is 1.6 acres.

The three-story home was built in the early 1900s for Guild, who was involved in the construction of Hale's Bar Dam and Powerhouse.

The property is in the Fort Wood Historic District.

The property includes three buildings with approximately 11,300 square feet.
