Nearly 1,800 students will participate at Red Bank High School and Ooltewah High School on Wednesday and Thursday to compete in the 25th Annual Elementary Track & Field Meets.
Students will compete in seven events including a 100, 200 and 400 meter dash, standing long jump, running long jump, shot-put and 4 x 100 relays.
The track meet culminates the year’s physical education curriculum. Participating students will be awarded 1st - 6th place ribbons based on their performance.
Students not placing will receive a participation ribbon.
The meets begins at approximately 10 a.m. both days with all events wrapping up before 1 p.m.
