Youth Ministry Reunion Saturday At Signal Mountain Presbyterian

Sunday at Signal Mountain Presbyterian Church, 612 James Blvd., the Rev. Margaret Ferguson will speak at the 8:15 and 10:40 a.m. worship services on "Worth the Wait" with text from  I Samuel 1:1-20. Sunday school is at 9:15 a.m.

Youth Ministry Reunion Weekend will be Saturday evening, May 17 and Sunday morning, May 18. Reunion Weekend will be a celebration of the people and purpose of 25 years of SMPC Youth Ministry with Dr. Bill Dudley.  Dr. Dudley will retire this September, and this is a chance to gather a group he truly loves.

It is for all present/former youth staff, volunteer youth leaders, and students. If you were a POW leader, D-Group Leader, teacher or Bible Study leader, staff, or student – whatever you lead or wherever you served – please come for a special evening.

Saturday, May 17, 6:30 to 9 p.m., Dinner and a Service of Sharing, Stories, and Fellowship. Make a reservation by May 11 by contacting Callie Latham. Sunday, May 18, the 10:40 a.m. worship service will feature Previous Youth Pastoral Staff and preaching by David Swanson.

23-Year-Old Stabbed To Death Early Sunday Morning

A man was stabbed to death in Chattanooga early Sunday morning. An arrest has been made in a case in which a hidden camera was apparently placed in several local restrooms.
