Mitch McClure Speaks On Motherhood Sunday

Middle Valley Church of God, at 1703 Thrasher Pike in Hixson, announced that Pastor Mitch McClure will speak on the topic, "Mothers Are Not Just Baby Producers" in the 10 a.m. service on Sunday.   "Mothers are the backbone of the family and our nation," according to Pastor McClure.  "It will be our honor to give praise to mothers in attendance with us on Sunday.   

Several special presentations will take place during the service on Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

Each Wednesday at 7 p.m. classes are made available for all age groupings.  At the present time, Pastor McClure is leading the congregation in a Bible study on Heaven.  A portion of the study will involve reviewing The Story Of Heaven by Max Lucado. 

Senior Adult Pastor Craig Paul will lead a Senior Adult Gathering Tuesday at 10:30 a.m.  in the church Family Life Center.  This gathering will include a Bible study, prayer, exercise, and a special speaker. 

The community is invited to participate in all services of Middle Valley Church of God.

Man Charged In Westview Elementary Rampage Under Treatment At Moccasin Bend
