Children's Advocacy Centery Hosts Fish & Chips Event

Masquerade, a fish and chips event, will be Friday, May 30 at Stratton Hall, 3146 Broad Street from 7-11 p.m. There will be a V.I.P Pre-Event Party at 6:30.

This will be an evening of drinks, fine food by 1885 Grill with desserts by The Bread Basket, music and dancing, complimentary casino games with great prizes and a silent auction!  There will also be special entertainment.

Tickets are $75 per person, or you can upgrade your experience and become a VIP for $150 per person.

 VIPs will gain exclusive invitation to a Pre-Event Party beginning at 6:30 p.m. with wine, cheese, craft beer tasting and cocktails, access to a full bar for the entire event, plus a special gift to commemorate the evening. The proceeds will benefit the Children's Advocacy Center.

Jury Clears Juvenile Judge Philyaw Of Discrimination Charge In Dismissal Of Openly Gay Magistrate

A federal jury deliberated about an hour on Tuesday afternoon before ruling in favor of Juvenile Court Judge Rob Philyaw, who had been sued by an openly gay magistrate that he dismissed. Why Can't Someone Unstop The Water Buildup Problem At The I-24 Cummings Highway Exit? - And Response

Exit 174 on westbound Interstate 24 is closed again as is the westbound entrance ramp. Cummings Highway is shut as well. I inquired at TDOT on Dec. 28, 2015, why this continues to happen.
