Man On Top 10 TBI Most Wanted List For Chattanooga Murder Is Caught In Mississippi

Cashman Perkins, who was placed on the TBI's 10 Most Wanted List after Chattanooga Police said he fled after killing an Alton Park woman, has been caught in Mississippi.

Perkins was arrested in the Columbus area around midnight on Saturday.

He has been charged in the slaying of Frances Smith, 45.

She was shot multiple times at her home on Sunday of last week.

A Crime Stoppers tip led to the capture, authorities said.
