Man With Drug-Selling Convictions In 3 Counties Gets Lengthy Federal Prison Sentence

A man who earlier was convicted of selling drugs in Warren, Coffee and Rutherford counties but who had served only three years in state prison was facing life imprisonment in Federal Court.

Gabriel Womack wound up getting 19 years and seven months in an appearance on Monday before Judge Sandy Mattice.

Womack was helped by his recent testimony against a co-defendant at a trial.

The judge was told that Womack is severely addicted to meth.

He also has mental health issues.
