4 Wheeling 4 Paws Benefits Human Educational Society Saturday

The Human Educational Society benefit, 4 Wheeling 4 Paws, will be held on Saturday from 10 a.m. to dusk at Adventure Off Road Park, 1040 Ellis Road in South Pittsburg. 

The event will include animal demos, an off road race, crafts, a chili cook-off, games, a relay race with your dog, rides, BBQ, beer, the Austin Nickels Band and Rick Rushing and the Blues Strangers. 

Admission is $15, and free for kids under 12.

Railroad Repair At Pineville Road Postponed

Norfolk Southern Railway has postponed the repairing of an at-grade track crossing in the 900 block of Pineville Road, between Parmenas Lane and Hudson Road.  This closure was originally scheduled for Wednesday, April 22, but will be rescheduled for a later time. (click for more)

Pedestrian Struck And Dragged An Estimated 4 Blocks Early Friday Morning Was Levi S. Youster, 22

Early Friday morning the Chattanooga Police Department responded to reports of a pedestrian struck near 400 Cherry Street.   Once on scene, officers found Levi S.
