BlueCare Tennessee Employees Participate In Zumba Party

BlueCare Tennessee employees participated in a community Zumba party at Coolidge Park on Saturday.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms – and resistance building. According to a recent study, the average number of calories burned doing an intense Zumba workout was 817 in an hour.

Hamilton County Schools On 2-Hour Monday Delay Due To Weekend Storms

Due to this weekend’s storms and heavy rain that lead to numerous power outages and road closures, Hamilton County schools will be on a two-hour delay on  Monday . Angela Faye Parker, 50, was arrested early Sunday morning after stabbing another female. Chattanooga Police responded to 2302 Glass Street at 12:15 a.m. to an assault.
