BlueCare Tennessee Employees Participate In Zumba Party

BlueCare Tennessee employees participated in a community Zumba party at Coolidge Park on Saturday.

Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training – alternating fast and slow rhythms – and resistance building. According to a recent study, the average number of calories burned doing an intense Zumba workout was 817 in an hour.
