Movie Night In The Park Is Friday

Movie Night in the Park will be Friday from 7-9:30 p.m. at Charleston Park, 136 Cass St.  

The movie on the big screen will be Muppets from Space. 

Guests should bring lawn chairs and blankets.  There will be free coke and popcorn.  

The projection and sound is provided by Stage AVL. 


McKamey Animal Center's Annual Doggie-1000-Egg Hunt Takes Place April 8

There was a fatal three-vehicle crash on the South Bypass in Dalton just south of Sawgrass Drive  on Saturday  at approximately  4:30 pm . Car Crashes Into Motel 6 In Dalton; Driver, 17, Admits To Texting While Driving

The Dalton Police Department and Dalton Fire Department responded Saturday morning to a crash at the Motel 6 at Highway 41 and Tibbs Road.
