Corker Applauds Unanimous Supreme Court Ruling On Obama Appointments

Senator Bob Corker on Thursday "applauded the Supreme Court’s unanimous ruling that President Barack Obama violated the Constitution when he bypassed the Senate’s advice and consent authority in making so-called “recess” appointments in 2012."

“This result is a huge victory for all who believe in separation of powers and the rule of law,” said Senator Corker.
