Police Investigating Homicide Off Pineville Road

Chattanooga Police were investigating a murder at a home off of Pineville Road on Friday morning.

At approximately 6:45 a.m., Chattanooga Police responded to 210 Delawanna Terrace for a body found. Officers located a white male who was deceased in a parking lot. Investigators discovered there were obvious signs of foul play involved. 

Police do not have an exact cause of death at this time, but hope to reveal more upon receiving the Medical Examiner’s report.

Investigators were able to make a positive identification of the victim and are in the process of locating the family. 

Chattanooga Police found no indications that this homicide is in any way related to the other acts of violence in recent days. 

Police ask anyone with information regarding this crime to please call 423 698-2525.

The investigation is ongoing and more information will be released when available.
