Unum recently announced the promotion of Preston Rogers to assistant vice president of the Customer Contact Center, where he will manage operations and ensure high standards for customer service.
Mr. Rogers has been with Unum for 25 years and has since held various roles in the Internal Audit, Group Billing and Service Operations business areas. Prior to his promotion, he was director of the Customer Contact Center.
Mr. Rogers has a bachelor’s in accounting and an MBA in finance from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.
He is also a board member for the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Chattanooga.
