Couple Plans Bed And Breakfast; Short-Term Rentals On Gunbarrel Road Property

A couple is planning to build a bed and breakfast inn on their property on Gunbarrel Road at Elaine Circle.

Wallace and Nancy Braud also plan to fix up an existing residence for short-term vacation rental.

The site is 5.42 acres.

The case comes before the Planning Commission next Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.

The Regional Planning Agency staff is recommending approval.
