In the top of the second inning, Mobile's Evan Marzilli dropped down a bunt toward first that pitcher Chris Reed scooped up and flipped to catcher J. C. Boscan. Garrett Weber, who was headed for home on the suicide squeeze, was tagged out at the plate.



Lee Hosts Kay McDaniel Tennis Clinic

The 27th annual Kay McDaniel Summer Tennis Clinic, held at Lee University, concluded with nearly 400 participants. Children ages 6-13 came from 25 cities to learn from director Kay McDaniel and 43 other instructors. Strong Winds Wreak Havoc In Chattanooga

A storm with wind gusts up to 70 mph did considerable damage in downtown Chattanooga around 2 p.m. on Saturday. Fencing along Miller Park was twisted onto a nearby lane of traffic on Market Street. Two people were shot early Saturday morning in separate incidents.
